Does ZooMoon guarantee that a dish is allergy-safe?
No. ZooMoon highlights possible risks from available menu information, but recipes and cross-contact can change. Confirm serious risks directly with restaurant staff.
When does a travel pass begin?
A purchased pass waits in your Analysis Pass Wallet. Its time period begins only when you tap Start.
Can two passes run at the same time?
No. Only one pass can be active. It ends when its time or analysis allowance is exhausted, whichever comes first.
What happens when I change the app language?
Existing analysis sessions keep the language in which they were created. Changing the app language affects new analyses and interface text.
What can I analyze?
ZooMoon supports menu photos, gallery images, QR menu pages, kiosks, tablets, and menu links. Input quality and page access can affect results.
