# ZooMoon Terms of Service

## 1. Service

ZooMoon is an AI-assisted menu guide for travelers. The service may help users scan or enter menu content, translate dish names, summarize ingredients, identify possible food-safety concerns, save menu sessions, and create ordering phrases.

## 2. Important Notice

ZooMoon is not medical, allergy, nutrition, legal, or restaurant advice. AI results can be incomplete or incorrect. If you have a severe allergy, religious restriction, medical condition, pregnancy-related restriction, or other safety concern, you must confirm directly with the restaurant or a qualified professional before ordering.

## 3. Accounts

You may need an account to save sessions, preferences, and subscription status. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account.

## 4. User Content

You may submit menu photos, QR links, URLs, text, profile preferences, and other content. You confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.

## 5. AI Output

AI output is provided for convenience. Do not rely on ZooMoon as the only source of truth for allergens, ingredients, prices, availability, or restaurant policies.

## 6. Purchases

Paid passes or subscriptions may be offered through the App Store or Google Play. Store billing, refunds, renewals, and cancellation rules are handled by the relevant app store unless stated otherwise.

## 7. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt systems, scrape at scale, upload illegal content, or use ZooMoon to harm others.

## 8. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
